This lovely property is within walking distance to Biot village, which is near Antibes. Briefly it is a pretty perched village 10, mins. from the coast and has lots of restaurants and shops.

The villa is a modern contemporary villa 250m2 and the garden area is 1800m2. The property has views towards the hills. The house is fully alarmed and has electric gates. It is situated in a very quiet area down a private road.

All linen and towels are included, together with pool towels. Air conditioning is also included together with the final cleaning. For two week bookings there will be a mid stay clean and the linen/towels will be changed after the first week.

Bedroom 3 - Has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Plus TV and video.

Bedroom 4 - Single bed with other pull out single bed below (suitable for child/teenager), fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom. Plus TV and video.

Cellar - For keeping fit there is a gym bike and treadmill.
The villa has air conditioning throughout.

There is a study area on the mezannine area. WIFI is throughout the house.

There is also a garage off the kitchen, which has a separate drinks fridge/freezer.
