There are sun beds by the pool and a dining table and chairs on the beautifully situated terrace. There is also a barbeque. Furthermore, there is private swimming pool which can be fun and safe for the children. The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are approx. 15 km. away. Valbonne and Biot which are nearby, are lovely Provençal villages with many fine restaurants.

As you walk in there is a very large open plan space with Living area, Dining area and Kitchen with all mod cons such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge.
