1. When you have chosen a property please contact us by email bookings@lj-villas.com or by telephone or fax with the following information:

• Number of Villa.
• Your family name and number of people staying at the property,.
• Preferred dates of arrival and departure (with alternative dates if possible).
• Any special requests or questions.

2. We will confirm availability and send you a booking form together with a copy of our terms and conditions.

3. To reserve a property we require a completed booking form, giving your name and contact details retured to us by email, fax or postt. We also require a 25% deposit payable by cheque or bank transfer.

4. Once we have received your completed booking form and deposit we will send you a written confirmation of booking and receipt of payment. The reservation is then complete.

5. The balance of the rent is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. For late bookings the final payment deadline may be shortened. A security deposit is required for each property and is payable with the balance of the rent.

6. We will send you a map and details of how to reach the property. Prior to departure, we ask you to let us know your approximate time of arrival so that we can ensure we are at the property to meet you. One of our representaives will guide you around the property and provide you will a welcome pack and help you with any other information or question that you may have.
